I constantly exceeded my store's goals, but could rarely get people to take my shift when I was sick. Meaning, as a sales associate, I was doing key holder level work ie making and dropping off deposits, closing up and opening up the store, etc, but only receiving sales associate money. I worked at 4 different stores because they kept closing down, and because I worked in smaller stores, I was typically one of the only people working. These jobs have got much attention from candidates and are highly appreciated for their transparency, as well as attractive salaries and remuneration. A lot of the employees didn't know much about nutrition and knew more about weight lifting, which isn't to speak negatively on them, I just feel like the majority of them were selling products to get the commissions and not to help customers. I was let go due to scheduling issues as they really "need the staff" but people are soaking up the budget of hours. Easy job so I wasn't really missing anything either way but the way that they think appropriate to jerk you around to multiple locations is kind of funny. Kept me for 2 weeks and didn't really give training days. I was recently hired here part time as a side job.
